New 0/400 Series Pressurized Air Filter

Optimum compressed air quality for bodyshops and industry
When using compressed air atomizing tools, success greatly depends on the quality of compressed air. Coating problems caused by silicone and particle inclusions or water inside the compressed air, require expensive, effort-consuming redos. Dissatisfied customers, timing problems and loss of profit are the direct consequences of insufficient compressed air quality. Also the life time of pneumatic tools is significantly reduced if the quality criteria for optimum compressed air supply are not fulfilled.
By combining different filter elements, the quality standard of compressed air is selected and optimally adjusted to the respective use. The SATA product range varies from single-stage pressure regulators or oil / water separators with automatic condensate discharge to dual stage combinations with integrated fine filters to obtain 100% technically clean, i.e. oil-, water- and particle-free compressed air. With the additional activated charcoal filter unit, three-stage solutions providing compressed air suitable for supplying breathing masks (according to standard DIN 3188) can be created. The modular construction of the entire system allows for rapid and easy add-ons to the existing unit at a later date.
Installation of the central air supply can be done optionally either at the left or at the right of the unit. The high air flow of 3,600 NL/min, providing an optimized air stream compared to the predecessors, turns this new filter line into an appealing item both for crafts and industry. The new Z shaped mounting device allows safe and trouble-free wall mounting even on uneven walls. Highest emphasis was put on the user-friendliness of the filters in daily use. With the SATA 0/400 models, pressure adjustment is effected comfortably via a handy control knob permitting fine adjustment. The new, pivoting outlet module ensures undisturbed hose guidance at all times, even when there is limited space. The hose kinking period is clearly over.  In addition, the lateral outlet taps provide easy access when connecting and disconnecting the air hoses. The modular construction also allows adapting and expanding the number of air taps points according to each shop's respective requirements.
