The lifelong success of the SATAgraph for crafts, artwork and the hobby field has proven the demand for a flexible, precision airbrush. The new SATAgraph 2 operates on a double action system for precise fan control. By turning the gun head 180°, the user can choose between gravity and a siphon cup system. The 0.25mm nozzle set is suitable for any type of airbrushing. For clearing or servicing, the gun can be dismantled without tools. The SATAgraph 2 is available from inventory complete with Design Case and accessories. Included in the set are an aluminum gravity cup, a glass plug-in cup and hose with miniature quick coupling and connection nipple.

For coating large surfaces, painters have expressed their wish for a portable pressure tank with more capacity than regular gravity cups. The SATA Mini Set is a flexible solution for this purpose. The greatest efficiency may be obtained with conventional guns and especially with HVLP or RP spray guns. Compared to gravity cup guns, refills are required less often. This saves time and money. The new shoulder strap for the SATA Mini Set allows the painter to work easily and safely with only one hand. The additional freedom of movement has meant a huge advantage for reaching difficult, inaccessible areas like truck tops in the fleet painting field. In addition to the recent product release of the SATA medi light half mask we wish to introduce you to helpful accessories for supplied air respirator systems:
1. The new SATA air warmer for breathing air.
2. The handy shoulder strap for the activated charcoal belt unit.
The air warmer for breathing air is connected like a pressure gauge and provides continuous control of air volume inside the hood or half mask. Simply plug in the air warmer in the belt unit coupler. Breathing air can be warmed with a variable control to a maximum of about 60° F. This new variable version (order number 61242) replaces the two previous models. The second new feature, the shoulder strap for the activated charcoal belt unit, was developed in close cooperation with painters requesting additional support when adding the extra weight of the air warmer as well as the air humidifier. The waist belt of the activated charcoal belt unit is simply pulled through the loops at the end of the shoulder straps. This ensures a tight fit and considerably increases user comfort wearing the belt unit.

Manufacturers of plastic parts and companies using release agents can now save money with a SATA low overspray system. The increased coating performance allows the application of release agent in narrow or angled openings in a profitable way. Work is easier by replacing the gravity cup with a pressure tank. Furthermore, you will save time and cost by less refilling with the low material consumption of the SATA minijet 3 HVLP spray gun. The release agent is fed to the spray gun by either a heavy duty 2 liter or 10 liter pressure tank or a fixed system and lightweight combination hose – your choice. The SATA minijet 3 HVLP may be individually adapted to your requirements with the dual pressure regulator at the pressure tank or the spray gun controls. Due to the low weight of the spray gun and the 2-liter pressure tank, the system is perfectly suited to mobile use. With the accessory shoulder strap, the user has complete freedom of movement.
