	Partikel in der Lackierung, ... ... was zu teurer Nacharbeit führt. Mögliche Ursachen und Abhilfemaßnahmen: Kein Feinfilter im Einsatz -> Öl-/ Wasserabscheider reicht nicht. Immer Feinfilter mit 0,01 µm einsetzen (SATA 0/444). Wenn auch das nicht ausreichend ist, zusätzlichen Superfeinfilter nachschalten Qualität der Filter nicht ausreichend - Filter zu klein, wodurch zu hohe Luftgeschwindigkeit in der Filterpatrone entstehen und Partikel „durchgerissen“ werden -> SATA-Filter verwenden Filter sind "zu", Partikel können im Laufe der Zeit die Filter "durchwandern" -> Feinfilterpatrone regelmäßig (mindestens einmal jährlich) erneuern, Sinter-Bronzefilter auswaschen (Differenzdruck beachten) Filter ist an der falschen Stelle in der Druckluftleitung eingebaut -> Geeigneten Druckluftfilter an jeder Abgangsstelle einbauen zurück
