Accurate colour retrieval, the correct application of metallic paints or special effect materials as well as the detection of critical mottling or other surface imperfections are playing a crucial role in the car refinish application process. A new high-precision LED module, especially developed for SATA, offers a true reproduction of the daylight to enable reliable colour identification inside the spray booth, and thus to help prevent expensive mistakes and high rework costs.
Due to the uniform distribution of the light across the light cone, the SATA Daylight LED lamp allows the almost perfect reproduction of daylight. In addition to three defined lock positions, the light intensity can be also infinitely adjusted.
The daylight lamp enables the painter to retrieve colours very quickly and precisely as well as to evaluate the quality of the painted surface at the end of the application process with a secure and exact methodology. The second-to-none quality of the SATA Daylight LED lamp in terms of light intensity ensures an optimum of process security, in particular as it remains at constant intensity level until the device has completely switched off – irrespective of the actual charging condition of the extremely durable Lithium-Ion accumulator, which is permanently indicated on the builtin charging condition display.
An automatic switch-off function in combination with a minimal complete charging cycle of only 40 minutes guarantees that the daylight lamp is always operational when needed. A completely noiseless cooling ventilation ("Whispering ventilator"), easy operation, an ergonomically shaped handle as well as the integrated shock absorption, all on top of the extremely durable LED technology, are just some of the features designed to greatly improve the daily work of every professional painter.
