The wide nozzle range from 0.8 to 5.0 with the RP version, combined with the pressurized aluminum cup, offers almost unlimited application possibilities.
Specifically developed nozzles simplify the application of special coating materials such as water- and solvent-based adhesives, stains, glass coatings, release agents, etc.
For demanding applications, extensions with different spraying angles are available on request, ranging from 20 cm to 300 cm.
Maximum precision with the optional digital pressure measuring device SATA adam 2.

The SATAjet 1000 B gravity fed spray gun has been specifically developed for the LIC/Industrial/wood coatings markets. Thanks to the very wide range of nozzle set sizes, extensions and the possibility to equip with both a pressurized gravity cup or a gravity cup with a pneumatic stirrer almost all available coatings can be sprayed from low-viscosity wood stains and clearcoats to glues and other thixotropic materials.
