Redeem SATA coins for rewards
A wide range of rewards is waiting for you. Choose from more than 500 rewards in the categories Home & Garden, Electronics, Tools, Vouchers, Sports & Leisure and from a variety of SATA products.

Choose your favourite reward
Click on the "Rewards" link in the table bar to go to the SATA Loyalty Shop. There, select "Filter" in the upper left corner to show the other store categories as well. You can choose from SATA Products, Home & Garden, Electronics, Tools, Vouchers and Sports & Leisure. Per reward, you will see a red status bar that shows you if you have enough SATA coins to order the reward.
Place the order
If necessary, correct your delivery address during the order process and submit your order. You can track your orders in the order history under your account where you will find the order number as well as the current status of your order and the tracking data. Please note that you will not receive an order confirmation per email.

With the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, SATA rewards loyal customers with SATA coins that can be exchanged for valuable rewards. SATA coins are collected by scanning a Loyalty QR code located in a shrink-wrapped booklet on the packaging of SATA RPS multi-purpose cups. For nozzle sets and other selected spare parts, an insert with QR code is included in the packaging.
During selected periods, customers benefit from promotions exclusively for participants of the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, for example additional coins with every scan, reduced SATA coin prices in the SATA Loyalty Shop or raffles featuring exclusive prizes.
A registration for the program is done via the SATA Loyalty App.

Useful links
Click on the "Rewards" link in the app’s tab bar. You can now select a reward in the SATA Loyalty Shop. Please note that all SATA products will be displayed first.
Select "Filter" in the top left corner to display other shop categories. Aside from SATA products, you can choose from the following categories: Home & Garden, Electronics, Tools, Vouchers, Sports & Leisure.
You can also select rewards by SATA coin price or search directly for an item name.
You will get a list of rewards that match your search criteria. For each reward, you will see a red status bar that shows whether you have enough SATA coins to order the reward. If the bar is complete, you can order the reward via the "Redeem” link.
Please note that the "Redeem" button will not be available until you have enough SATA coins.
In the order view that follows, select the order quantity and, if applicable, the version of the reward, e.g. nozzle size of a SATA spray gun, and confirm your order.
You can still change your delivery address first. Use the “Change delivery address” link for this.
Please note that each reward has to be ordered separately. It isn’t possible to order multiple rewards at the same time.
You will also not receive a confirmation e-mail. The order will be listed under Account/Order history, however. You can always call up the current dispatch status here and, after dispatch, the associated tracking number and tracking link for your order. Note: The tracking number and tracking link may not be displayed when ordering a SATA paint spray gun.
Once your SATA coins are credited to your SATA coin account, they remain valid for 36 months. After this period, your SATA coins expire on 31 December of the corresponding year. SATA informs you in advance by e-mail and push notification (only if you have given consent to push notifications), thus giving you the opportunity to redeem your SATA coins that are about to expire.
Please note: The limited validity of the SATA coins to 3 years had been defined in the conditions of participation since the start of the program in 2017.
As the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more is a customer loyalty program and thus subject to European customs and German legislation, the validity limitation of the SATA coins is mandatory worldwide and thus also in North America.
For economic reasons, SATA is not able to re-credit SATA coins after their expiry.

Exclusion
If you do not wish yourself or any of your employees to participate, your company can waive registration and make a general deregistration via SATA, which will exclude all employees of the company from participation. This can be done here.
