With the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, SATA rewards its loyal customers with SATA coins, which can be exchanged for valuable rewards. SATA coins are collected by scanning a Loyalty QR code with the SATA Loyalty App, which can be found either in or on the box of your SATA product.
How you can scan the Loyalty QR code
On each carton of SATA RPS multi-purpose cups and LCS - The Liner, SATA nozzle sets and other spare parts, you will find a Loyalty QR code, which you can scan with the SATA Loyalty App to collect SATA coins. We show you here how easy it is to scan the Loyalty QR codes.
Ordering rewards in the app

About the program
With the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, SATA rewards loyal customers with SATA coins that can be exchanged for valuable rewards. SATA coins are collected by scanning a Loyalty QR code located in a shrink-wrapped booklet on the packaging of SATA RPS multi-purpose cups. For nozzle sets and other selected spare parts, an insert with QR code is included in the packaging.
During selected periods, customers benefit from promotions exclusively for participants of the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, for example additional coins with every scan, reduced SATA coin prices in the SATA Loyalty Shop or raffles featuring exclusive prizes.
A registration for the program is done via the SATA Loyalty App.

If you don’t wish yourself or any of your employees to participate, your company can waive registration and carry out a general deregistration via SATA, which will exclude all employees in your company from participation.
Participants can end participation in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more at any time without compliance with a period of notice by means of notification to SATA via the following email address, [email protected], stating the necessary data in this respect (name, company, e-mail address from which the registration was made) or by de-registering in the SATA Loyalty App or on SATA Loyalty Website https://app.helloagain.at/web/sata/#/sign-in in the account profile using the valid password. In doing so, the participant chooses between two options:
- Immediate deletion of all personal data.
Reactivation of the account and allocation of the last account balance is then no longer possible. - Deactivation of the account for a maximum of 3 years by sending an e-mail by the participant to [email protected].
Reactivation of the account and allocation of the last account balance is still possible for three years. However, SATA coins may expire during this period.
In order to reactivate an account, the participant can send a message to SATA at [email protected] stating the data required for this purpose (name, company, company address and company e-mail address via which the registration was made). After the three-year deactivation period has expired, the personal data will be deleted irreversibly and it will no longer be possible to allocate the last account balance.
Even more SATA coins with adam X pro
Link the SATA Loyalty App with the adam X portal and collect additional SATA coins. When using the adam X pro, the digital unit of the jet X, you can scan the QR code on the screen of the adam X pro after each painting process and collect SATA coins.
You will also receive 200 SATA coins for linking accounts in the adam X portal and in the SATA Loyalty App as well as 20 SATA coins every two weeks if you regularly scan the QR code on the display of your adam X pro.
