Products
Which products can I order online?
Our webshop sells a full range of spare parts and accessories. If you are looking for spray guns, RPS, filters, breathing protection or other products, please get in contact with one of our local dealers.
How do I find the right product?
You can search via free text search or by using filters. If you are looking for a particular spare part, we have a tool called "spare part finder" to help you to find the exact spare part you need via exploded view in no time.
Where do I find detailed product information?
On each product page we display the most important information. If you have further questions you can get in contact with SATA directly.

Order
How do I order online?
To order a product online add your selected products to the shopping cart. By clicking on the shopping cart on the top right after you have finished your selection you will be smoothly guided through the order process.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
As our processes are fast, parcels might have already been sent out. In this case we cannot change the order. If you are buying as a consumer you would need to send the parcel back in accordance with our cancellation policy and place a second order. However, if the goods haven't been shipped, we will change your order.
Can I get a refund if the prices of my ordered products have changed since I placed my order?
Unfortunately we can't refund price differences after a purchase is made. However, prices usually don't change on a frequent basis.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with credit card, debit card or PayPal. All prices are quoted in pounds (£), the VAT will be displayed separately.
How secure is the payment?
Security is one of our main concerns. Therefore, we use the highest security standards to ensure a safe process.
Delivery
How long does a delivery take?
A standard delivery takes 2 to 5 days, if a delivery is delayed you will receive a notification.
To which countries do you deliver?
Currently we only deliver to mainland UK.
What are the costs of delivery?
Deliveries with an order value higher than £100 are free of charge. Orders with a value lower than £100 will be charged the regular shipping cost of £8.5 plus tax, if applicable.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel leaves our logistic center, you will receive a delivery notification with a tracking number. If you wish to know where your DPD parcel is at any specific time you can check its current shipping status by entering the tracking number at the DPD webpage/tracking.

Where do I address a warranty claim or complaint?

How do I create an account?
If you want to create an account please follow the registration process.
What are my benefits when creating an account?
Creating a SATA account gives you the possibility to save your data once so you don't have to type in your data with every purchase. Furthermore, you can always review your purchases and save your favorite products.
Where do I find my account?
To get to your account, please click on the "Sign In" icon on the top right corner.
How do I change my password?
In order to change your password you need to log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, please recover your password here.
How do I adapt my account information?
In order to change your account information you have to access your account via the "Sign In" button. There you will find an overview with a sign to change your account details such as address and password.
