What is the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more?

With the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, SATA rewards loyal customers with SATA coins that can be exchanged for valuable rewards.
SATA coins are collected by scanning a Loyalty QR code located in a shrink-wrapped booklet on the packaging of SATA RPS multi-purpose cups.
During selected periods, customers benefit from promotions exclusively for participants of the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, for example additional coins with every scan, reduced SATA coin prices in the SATA Loyalty Shop or raffles featuring exclusive prizes.

How does the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more work?

Participants can register for the program via the SATA Loyalty App. The app can then be used to collect SATA coins that can be redeemed for rewards in the SATA Loyalty Shop, which is included in the app.

SATA coins are collected by scanning a Loyalty QR code located in a shrink-wrapped booklet on the packaging of SATA RPS multi-purpose cups.

Who can participate in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more and collect SATA coins?

Anyone purchasing a SATA product associated with a reward or employee of a company purchasing products associated with a reward can participate in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. The participant or the company must be domiciled in a country (see below) where the program is offered. As an employee, a participant also requires the consent of his/her employer in accordance with the conditions set out in the terms and conditions of participation.
Only natural persons who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate.

In which countries is the SATA Loyalty App available?

The app is available in the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, USA, Mexico, Canada, Italy, Spain, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, Netherlands, Australia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Poland, Luxembourg, Croatia, New Zealand and Portugal.

In which languages can the SATA Loyalty App be used?

The app is available in the following languages:

German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish and Czech.

How can SATA coins be collected?

SATA coins are primarily collected by scanning QR codes on SATA RPS multi-purpose cup cartons.

There is a shrink-wrapped booklet containing a Loyalty QR code on which the SATA coin count is stored on each SATA RPS multi-purpose cup box.

Next, start the scan function in the app (scan icon in the tab bar below), confirm that you have permission to scan and hold the camera over the QR code. It is recognised automatically, and you will be credited your SATA coins.

Each SATA RPS multi-purpose cup is worth a SATA coin.
A pack of 40 cups is worth 40 SATA coins, a pack of 60 cups 60 SATA coins, and a pack of 100 cups 100 SATA coins. Please note that there are QR codes on the boxes of the replacement lids for SATA RPS multi-purpose cups, which can also be used to collect SATA coins.

Collect additional SATA coins:
- Receive first SATA coins for your registration during certain promotion periods.
- Receive SATA coins as a birthday present from us.
- Take part in surveys and help SATA offer you even better products and optimum service.
During certain promotion periods, we reward you with SATA coins for your participation or you can take part in a raffle as a participant.
- Receive additional SATA coins duringspecial promotion periods for subscribing to the SATA Newsletter, SATA Loyalty News or push notifications.

How can SATA coins be redeemed?

SATA coins can be redeemed for valuable rewards in the SATA Loyalty Shop of the SATA Loyalty App.

What kind of rewards are available in the SATA Loyalty Shop?

A wide range of rewards awaits you. Choose from over 500 rewards in the categories Home & Garden, Electronics, Tools, Vouchers, Sports & Leisure or from a great variety of SATA products.

How can a company be excluded from the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more?

If you don’t wish yourself or any of your employees to participate, your company can waive registration and carry out a general deregistration via SATA, which will exclude all employees in your company from participation. This can be carried out at www.sata.com/de/loyalty-nonattendance.

What happens to participants' personal data in the SATA Loyalty App?

SATA uses the registration data for the purpose of carrying out and managing the program, in particular for SATA coin registration and the sending of rewards The legal basis for the data processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f) GDPR.

Once you’ve completed your registration, you will also be assigned an individual user ID, which will be retained even after logging out, for statistical reasons.

How can I obtain SATA RPS multi-purpose cups?

You can purchase SATA RPS multi-purpose cups from your SATA dealer or order them directly online.

For how long does the Loyalty Program run?

The Loyalty Program will run indefinitely. If it should become impossible for SATA to continue the Loyalty Program, SATA can terminate it with 4 weeks’ notice. After this notice period, SATA coins can no longer be collected, but you still have 6 months to redeem SATA coins for rewards.

How can I participate in a survey?

You can find the current survey in the SATA Loyalty App, under Services/Surveys in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. Please note that surveys are only offered in the context of promotions. It may be possible that there is no survey at certain times.
Select the survey and start answering the questions using the "Participate now” button.

Do I get SATA coins for participating in a survey?

Depending on the survey, you will be rewarded with SATA coins for your participation. This varies from survey to survey. A valuable prize may also be raffled off among all participants. Check which survey is currently active and how you will be rewarded for participating in the SATA Loyalty App, under Services/Special promotions.

How can I participate in a raffle?

You can find the current raffle in the SATA Loyalty App, under Services/Raffles in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. Please note that raffles are only offered in the context of promotions. It may be possible that there is no raffle at certain times.
Select the raffle and start answering the questions using the "Participate now” button.

Who is egible to participate in a raffle or survey?

Natural persons who are registered as participants in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation are egible.
Participation is activated when the customer clicks the "Participate now” button.
Participation is not linked to the purchase of any product.

In the case of a raffle, the purchase of products from the organiser does not increase chances of winning.
Winners will be randomly selected from all participants after the end of the raffle. Any participant can only take part in the raffle once.

Please always observe the applicable conditions of participation for a raffle.

How will I be notified if I win a prize?

The winner will be notified of their prize via e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered by the winner in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. The winner can correct their registered delivery address by sending a new delivery address to loyalty@sata.com within 14 days.

Please always refer to the applicable conditions of participation.

When do I get SATA coins for a new registration?

SATA coins for a new registration are only awarded during certain promotional periods.

When do I get SATA coins for subscribing to SATA Loyalty News, SATA Newsletter or push notifications?

When do I receive double SATA coins, and does this doubling apply to all collection options?

Double SATA coins are only awarded during certain promotional periods. Please note that double SATA coins are not always awarded for all collection options.

How can I find out about special promotions?

Special promotions in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more will be announced via the SATA Newsletter, the SATA Loyalty News, news in the SATA Loyalty App and via various SATA social media channels.

Where can I find the SATA Loyalty Shop?

The SATA Loyalty Shop is part of the SATA Loyalty App.
It can be accessed via the "Rewards" link in the app's tab bar.

What rewards are available in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more?

How can I order a reward in the SATA Loyalty App?

Click on the "Rewards" link in the app’s tab bar. You can now select a reward in the SATA Loyalty Shop. Please note that all SATA products will be displayed first.

Select "Filter" in the top left corner to display other shop categories. Aside from SATA products, you can choose from the following categories: Home & Garden, Electronics, Tools, Vouchers, Sports & Leisure.

You can also select rewards by SATA coin price or search directly for an item name.

You will get a list of rewards that match your search criteria. For each reward, you will see a red status bar that shows whether you have enough SATA coins to order the reward. If the bar is complete, you can order the reward via the "Redeem” link.

Please note that the "Redeem" button will not be available until you have enough SATA coins.


In the order view that follows, select the order quantity and, if applicable, the version of the reward, e.g. nozzle size of a SATA spray gun, and confirm your order.
You can still change your delivery address first. Use the “Change delivery address” link for this.

Please note that each reward has to be ordered separately. It isn’t possible to order multiple rewards at the same time.
You will also not receive a confirmation e-mail. The order will be listed under Account/Order history, however. You can always call up the current dispatch status here and, after dispatch, the associated tracking number and tracking link for your order. Note: The tracking number and tracking link may not be displayed when ordering a SATA paint spray gun.

Can I see in the SATA Loyalty App whether my order has been shipped?

With the SATA Loyalty App, you can track all your orders under Account/Order history.
With the new SATA Loyalty App, each reward has to be ordered individually. It’s not possible to order multiple rewards at the same time. This has the advantage that you can see the current shipping status for each individual reward in the order history under "Account". After dispatch, you can also call up the corresponding tracking number and tracking link here.

Note: The tracking number and tracking link may not be displayed when ordering a SATA paint spray gun

When ordering a reward, is there a co-payment option?

Rewards can only be ordered by redeeming SATA coins. A co-payment is not possible.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the reward itself, your availability, the respective parcel service and the recipient’s country. We aim to deliver rewards within the shortest possible time, but unfortunately we cannot always guarantee this.

In the SATA Loyalty App, we tell you the current shipping status for each individual reward under Account/Order history. After dispatch, you can also call up the corresponding tracking number and tracking link here.

Note: The tracking number and tracking link may not be displayed when ordering a SATA paint spray gun.

How long can I save up for a reward?

Collected SATA coins expire 36 months after receipt, meaning you have 3 years to save up for a reward. Unfortunately, the availability of any particular reward cannot be guaranteed. If a reward is sold out, we generally endeavour to find a replacement item of equal value.

Why has the SATA coin price of a reward changed?

The SATA coin price of a reward is based on the respective purchase price at our service provider. These prices change at irregular intervals. If there are significant changes, the SATA coin price will be adjusted upwards or downwards. For SATA products, the SATA coin price is based on the respective current prices.

Change to the new app

What does the change of the SATA Loyalty App mean for me?

With the new SATA Loyalty App, you can continue to use all previous functions and also benefit from many additional features and advantages.

Update the app on your smartphone to switch to the new app. If you do not use automatic app updates, you will have to update the app manually from July 1, 2021. Depending on which system you use, this is done as follows:
 
iOS:
1. Open the App Store on your smartphone.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the SATA Loyalty App, then tap on "Update" next to this app. Alternatively, you can tap on "Update all".

Android:
1. Open the Google Play Store App on your smartphone.
2. Tap on "My apps and games” under the three-dash menu.
3. Select the SATA Loyalty App and tap on "Update".

Your user account (username/password) and all SATA coins collected so far will of course remain valid after the app update.

Will there be any disruption when I change to the new SATA Loyalty App?

During the changeover from the previous app to the new SATA Loyalty App, there will be an interruption of 2-3 days during which it will not be possible to scan SATA RPS multi-purpose cups.

You will not be able to access your customer account or order rewards from the SATA Loyalty Shop.

After the end of this interruption, all functions will be available again.
We will inform you about the current status of the SATA Loyalty App by e-mail before and after the interruption.

Tip: During the interruption of the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, keep QR codes of RPS multi-purpose cup boxes or booklets safe and scan the Loyalty QR codes as soon as you have completed the update of the SATA Loyalty App.

What will no longer be possible during the change from the previous to the new SATA Loyalty App?

During the changeover from the previous app to the new SATA Loyalty App, there will be an interruption of 2-3 days during which it will not be possible to scan SATA RPS multi-purpose cups.

You will not be able to access your customer account or order rewards from the SATA Loyalty Shop.

After the end of this interruption, all functions will be available again.
We will inform you about the current status of the SATA Loyalty App by e-mail before and after the interruption.

Tip: During the interruption of the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, keep QR codes of RPS multi-purpose cup boxes or booklets safe and scan the Loyalty QR codes as soon as you have completed the update of the SATA Loyalty App.

Do my QR codes expire during the interruption?

No, the QR codes will remain valid.

Do I need to re-register in the new SATA Loyalty App?

No, you do not need to re-register.
In the new SATA Loyalty App, you can log in with your previously registered e-mail address and your usual password.

Please note: SATA has no access to your passwords and cannot provide any information about them. However, you can use the "Forgot password" function in the new app to reset your previous password.

The e-mail address is the unique evidence of a customer account in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. It cannot be changed and is subject to the highest data protection security requirements.
If you don’t remember which e-mail address you used to register in the SATA Loyalty App, please contact us at loyalty@sata.com. The SATA Loyalty Team will try to reconstruct your access data together with you.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

SATA has no access to your passwords and cannot provide any information about them. However, you can use the "Forgot password" function in the new app to reset your previous password.

What do I do if I can't remember which e-mail address I registered with?

Why am I asked for my phone number after logging into the new app?

The phone number is a mandatory field in the new SATA Loyalty App, as it is needed for queries from the reward sender. We can guarantee better service and more reliable delivery of your order if we can contact you if there is a problem.

I had placed another order with the previous SATA Loyalty App. Will the reward(s) still be delivered or do I have to order again?

Rewards that you redeemed for SATA coins before the app change will be processed as usual. There will be no disruption to these orders. Once the SATA Loyalty App is updated, you can order new rewards in the SATA Loyalty Shop.

Will my previously collected SATA coins be lost?

All your SATA coins will be transferred when you switch to the new SATA Loyalty App. You can check your current SATA coin account balance in the new SATA Loyalty App at any time.

It is technically impossible for the SATA coin account balance to be affected by the change of the app. Should your account balance still differ from what you expected, please send a message via the SATA Loyalty App under Services/Contact or an e-mail to loyalty@sata.com.

The SATA Loyalty Team will try to find out if there are any deviations together with you.

New SATA Loyalty App

How does the new registration in the new SATA Loyalty App work?

1. Enter your e-mail address and password and select your country.
2. Enter your personal data.
3. Enter your company address, which also serves as your delivery address.
4. Give your consent for subscriptions and tracking.
5. Agree to receive push notifications.
6. Next, you will see a view with a confirmation button.
7. Open the e-mail with the confirmation link and click on it. You will get a confirmation page.
8. Tap the "E-mail confirmed" button in the app.
9. Log in to the SATA Loyalty App.

Note: After confirming the link in the e-mail, you can log in with your credentials without further confirmation in the app (step 8).

Where can I find the SATA Loyalty Store with the rewards offer in the new SATA Loyalty App?

In the new SATA Loyalty App, you will find a link to the SATA Loyalty Store at the bottom of the tab bar.

Why do I now only see SATA rewards in the SATA Loyalty Shop?

With the update of the SATA Loyalty App, you are also getting the new SATA Loyalty Store. This shows all SATA products that you can order as rewards before any other products.

Select "Filter" in the top left corner to display other shop categories. Aside from SATA products, you can choose from the following categories: Home & Garden, Electronics, Tools, Vouchers, Sports & Leisure.

Why can't I offer a specific reward? The order button is not being displayed.

You don’t have sufficient SATA coins for the order.

For each reward, you will see a red status bar that shows whether you have enough SATA coins to order the reward. If the bar is complete, you can order the reward via the "Redeem” link.

Please note that the "Redeem" button will not be available until you have enough SATA coins.

In the new SATA Loyalty App, can I see if my order has been shipped?

With the new SATA Loyalty App, you can track all your orders under Account/Order history.
With the new SATA Loyalty App, each reward has to be ordered individually. It’s no longer possible to order multiple rewards at the same time. This has the advantage that you can see the current shipping status for each individual reward in the order history under Account / Order history. You can also call up the corresponding tracking number and tracking link here. This allows for more transparency for your orders.

My orders are only listed in the order history from the day I made the update to the SATA Loyalty App.

In the new SATA Loyalty App, you can track all your orders under Account/Order history. Since this was not possible in the previous app, these data are not included in the new app.

Please note that there is no further confirmation of your order in the SATA Loyalty App besides the order history. You will no longer receive an order confirmation e-mail.

Why can I no longer order multiple rewards at the same time?

This has the advantage that you can see the current shipping status for each individual reward in the order history under Account / Order history. You can also call up the corresponding tracking number and tracking link here. This allows for more transparency for your orders!

Please note that you will no longer receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order. Orders will only be listed under Account/Order history.

Why am I no longer receiving order confirmation e-mails?

With the new SATA Loyalty App, you will no longer receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order. The order will be listed under Account/Order history, however. You can always call up the current dispatch status here and, after dispatch, the associated tracking number and tracking link for your order. Note: The tracking number and tracking link may not be displayed when ordering a SATA spray gun.

Please note: each reward must be ordered separately. It’s no longer possible to order multiple rewards at the same time.

The reward I wanted is no longer available on the Home and SATA coin account balance in the new SATA Loyalty App

Unfortunately, the selection of the reward you wanted cannot be transferred to the new SATA Loyalty App. Please select another reward, and note that even more SATA products have been added to the range of rewards in the new SATA Loyalty App. Maybe you will even prefer one of these new rewards.

How can I select or deselect a reward in the new SATA Loyalty App?

You have two options to select a reward and then save up for that reward:
1. Select a reward in the SATA Loyalty Shop and click on "Select reward".
The reward will now be listed on the app’s home page and in the SATA coin account as a reward you’ve chosen.
2. Go to the SATA coin account and click on "Select reward". This will bring you to the SATA Loyalty Shop, where you can select a desired reward, as described under 1.

The SATA Loyalty App is in a different language than the previous version.

The app’s default language is based on your selection when you register for the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. If there is a problem, the app will choose the language set in your device.
You can change the app language at any time below the login or under Account/Select language.

How can I tell how many SATA coins have been deducted/credited to my account (score/account)?

Your SATA coin account can be found under Account/SATA coin account.

The SATA coin account balance shows all credits and debits.

Where can I find information about the legal basis of the program in the new SATA Loyalty App?

You can find all the legal foundations of the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more under Services/Legal regulations.

How can I unsubscribe from the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more in the new app?

To cancel your membership, go to "Account" in the SATA Loyalty App, where you will find the "Cancel membership" link below the navigation.

Please note that a cancellation will result in the anonymisation of your data within 24 hours. Your SATA coins will then be irrevocably lost, and your account cannot be restored.

For businesses, the following applies: If you don’t wish yourself or any of your employees to participate, your company can waive registration and carry out a general deregistration via SATA, which will exclude all employees in your company from participation. What is SATA Loyalty News and how can I subscribe or unsubscribe?

SATA Loyalty News provides promotional information about the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more via e-mail, SMS and push notifications.
Note: Push notifications of SATA Loyalty News content require separate consent, however.
SATA may also contact you by e-mail, SMS and phone for promotional and market research purposes.

You can change your consent at any time without giving a reason in the Account/Permissions section in your SATA Loyalty App or unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in each SATA Loyalty News. What is a push notification and how can I subscribe or unsubscribe?

The SATA Loyalty App provides information about campaigns and innovations in the app via push notification on your home screen, without you having to open the app. It may include, for example, a reference to a specific voucher.

You can subscribe to push notifications either directly when you register or later on via the settings of your device. You can also unsubscribe at any time via the settings of your device.

How is tracking handled in the SATA Loyalty App?

With your consent, we use the Firebase tool by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, in the context of using the SATA Loyalty App coins & more to continuously improve this app, make it more user-friendly and track user activities. Of course, this tool is only used if you have actively decided to opt in.

If you should ever change your mind and no longer wish to have user tracking, you can change your consent at any time, without giving a reason, in the SATA Loyalty App in the Account/Settings section.

Can I also use the app without tracking?

You can use the SATA Loyalty App without any restrictions even without giving your consent to tracking.

My SATA Loyalty App no longer works. What can I do?

To be able to switch from the previous SATA Loyalty App to the new one, the previous SATA Loyalty App has been deactivated.

Please update the new SATA Loyalty App on your smartphone as of July 1, 2021. Otherwise, login will no longer be possible and you will not be able to use the functions such as scanning, ordering, etc.

If you do not use automatic app updates, you will have to update the app manually as of July 1, 2021. Depending on which system you use, this is done as follows:

iOS:
1. Open the App Store on your smartphone.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll down to the SATA Loyalty App, then tap on "Update" next to this app. Alternatively, you can tap on "Update all".

Android:
1. Open the Google Play Store app on your smartphone.
2. Tap on "My apps and games” under the three-dash menu.
3. Select the SATA Loyalty App and tap on "Update". 

 

I don’t know how to update an app manually.

Depending on which system you use, this is done as follows:

My app is crashing and shutting down. What can I do?

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the app installed. First, go to the Store and find out what the latest version is.
Next, check on the login screen in the app itself whether that latest version has been installed. You can find the version number at the bottom, below the links.

If this is not the latest version, please update your app as follows:

iOS:

The SATA Loyalty App is in a different language than the previous version.

The app’s default language is based on your selection when you register for the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. If there is a problem, the app will choose the language set in your device.

I forgot my password.

SATA has no access to your passwords and cannot provide any information about them. However, you can use the "Forgot password" function in the new app to reset your previous password.

What can I do if I forgot my e-mail address?

The e-mail address is the unique evidence of a customer account in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. It cannot be changed and is subject to the highest data protection security requirements.
If you don’t remember which e-mail address you used to register in the SATA Loyalty App, please contact us at loyalty@sata.com. The SATA Loyalty Team will try to reconstruct your access data together with you.

How can I change my profile data?

You can edit your personal data and the delivery address under Account/Profile data.
You can change the language in the app via the start screen before login or under Account/Language.
Your e-mail address and country can only be changed with the help of the SATA Loyalty Team.

I can’t change my date of birth.

The SATA Loyalty Program coins & more can only be used by persons who have reached the age of 18 at the time of registration. For security reasons, it is not permitted to change the date of birth.

I can’t change the country in my profile data.

The SATA Loyalty Program coins & more offers a separate SATA Loyalty Shop for each of the 25 countries where the program is offered. To prevent orders being placed from a shop that doesn’t correspond to the delivery address, the country specified during registration cannot be changed later on.

However, if a change is absolutely necessary, e.g. in case of a relocation, please contact the SATA Loyalty Team via the contact form under Services/Contact or by e-mail to loyalty@sata.com. The country can then be adjusted by the administrators.

I can’t change the e-mail address in my profile data.

The e-mail address is a unique allocation of a customer account to a user. It cannot be changed during the entire membership.

However, if it is absolutely necessary to change your e-mail address, e.g. due to a change of job, name, etc., please contact the SATA Loyalty Team via the contact form under Services/Contact or by e-mail to loyalty@sata.com. The e-mail address can then be adjusted by the administrators.

My reward is damaged. What can I do?

We are very sorry to hear that there is a problem with your reward order. Please contact the SATA Loyalty Team at loyalty@sata.com to notify them of your complaint or use the contact form in the SATA Loyalty App under Services/Contact.

My order did not arrive. What can I do?

First, please check the status of your order under Account/Order history. This is where all your orders are listed with their current status. If the status of the reward is listed as "Shipped", but you never received the delivery, please contact the SATA Loyalty Team at loyalty@sata.com and state the order number and the ordered reward or use the contact form under Services/Contact in the SATA Loyalty App.

I ordered 2 or more of the same item, but only one arrived. What can I do?

In rare cases, a particular item may be in short supply in our inventory. In that case, we will send you the items we have in stock and deliver the remaining items later on.
Please check the status of your order under Account/Order history. This is where all your orders are listed with their current status. If we’ve only delivered part of your order, the status of the reward will be listed as "In process". You will then receive another delivery at a later date.

How can I change my delivery address?

There are two ways in which you can change your delivery address:
1. You can change your data, including your delivery address, under Account/Profile data.
2. Select a reward and order it. In the order view, click on the "Change address" link to access your profile data and change the delivery address.

Please note that rewards can only be delivered to your company address.

I entered the wrong delivery address when I placed my order. What can I do?

How can I collect SATA coins?

SATA coins are primarily collected by scanning QR codes on SATA RPS multi-purpose cup cartons.

There is a shrink-wrapped booklet containing a Loyalty QR code on which the SATA coin count is stored on each SATA RPS multi-purpose cup box.

Next, start the scan function in the app (scan icon in the tab bar below), confirm that you have permission to scan and hold the camera over the QR code. It will be recognised automatically, and you will be credited with SATA coins.

Each SATA RPS multi-purpose cup is worth a SATA coin.
A pack of 40 cups is worth 40 SATA coins, a pack of 60 cups 60 SATA coins, and a pack of 100 cups 100 SATA coins. Please note that there are QR codes on the boxes of the replacement lids for SATA RPS multi-purpose cups, which can also be used to collect SATA coins.

Collect additional SATA coins:
- Receive first SATA coins for your registration during certain promotion periods.
- Receive SATA coins as a birthday present from us.
- Take part in surveys and help SATA offer you even better products and optimum service.
During certain promotion periods, we reward you with SATA coins for your participation or you can take part in a raffle as a participant.
- Receive additional SATA coins duringspecial promotion periods for subscribing to the SATA Newsletter, SATA Loyalty News or push notifications.

My SATA coin account balance is no longer correct after I updated the SATA Loyalty App.

It is technically impossible for the SATA coin account balance to be affected by an app update. Should your account balance still differ from what you expected, please send a message via the SATA Loyalty App under Services/Contact or an e-mail to loyalty@sata.com.

The SATA Loyalty Team will try to find out if there are any deviations together with you.

My collected SATA coins are no longer displayed. What can I do?

There may be a display problem. Please close the SATA Loyalty App completely and restart it. If the problem persists, you should uninstall and reinstall the app. To do this, delete the app and select it again from the Store.

Can SATA coins expire?

Unused SATA coins expire after three years.
SATA coins expire 3 years after they are created.
Deletion of a customer account, e.g. as a result of cancelling the membership, leads to the deactivation of SATA coins, and thus the expiry of all SATA coins, within 24 hours.

What happens to unused SATA coins?

Unused SATA coins expire after three years.

Can I give away, sell or exchange SATA coins?

No, it is not permitted to give away, sell or exchange SATA coins.

How many SATA coins can I collect?

A maximum of 25,000 SATA coins can be collected on a SATA coin account. When this maximum is exceeded, no new SATA coins can be scanned until the SATA coin balance has dropped below 25,000 again, for example by reward orders being placed.

I can’t scan the QR code from the booklet that was on the pallet.

The QR code of my box of RPS multi-purpose cups has already been scanned without authorisation.

Please send a photo of the front of the booklet and a second photo of the inside with the Loyalty QR code of the booklet along with the invoice indicating the retailer by e-mail to loyalty@sata.com.

If you are the purchaser or are authorised by the purchaser to scan these codes, you can contact SATA and you will be credited with the SATA coins for the respective boxes. The participant who scanned the codes without authorisation will be excluded from the program.

Why can't I scan a promotional card with a QR code?

Did you receive a card with a Loyalty QR code, e.g. at a SATA exhibition stand? If this code can no longer be scanned, this can be due to various reasons:
1. The Loyalty QR code has already been scanned and the SATA coins have already been awarded.
Please note that each Loyalty QR code can only be scanned once.
 Promotional cards have a limited validity. Please note the validity period printed on the back.
3. There is a technical problem.
