Scannable products - SATA Loyalty Program coins & more

With the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, SATA rewards its loyal customers with SATA coins, which can be redeemed for valuable rewards. SATA coins are collected by scanning a Loyalty QR code with the SATA Loyalty App. The Loyalty QR codes can be found either in or on the box of your SATA product.
Until now, Loyalty QR codes were only available on boxes of SATA RPS multi-purpose cups and the corresponding replacement lids. From 12.09.2022, however, almost all SATA nozzle sets and many spare parts will also have a Loyalty QR code.

Two different Loyalty QR codes

The Loyalty QR codes of the new SATA products are not in the booklet on the product packaging as it is the case with the SATA RPS multi-purpose cups, but you can find them in the insert inside of the packaging.

Nozzle sets and spare parts

Open the box of your SATA product and take out the insert. Then remove the adhesive label and open the insert. You will find the scannable Loyalty QR code on the right side.

SATA RPS multi-purpose cups

Open the shrink wrap on the box and take out the booklet. On page 3 you will find the scannable Loyalty QR code.
All Loyalty QR codes can still only be scanned with the SATA Loyalty App.


SATA products without Loyalty QR code

Due to the just-in-time production at SATA, it may take several weeks before all of the new SATA products with Loyalty QR code are delivered. In this transition period it can happen that there is no Loyalty QR Code in the packaging of the new SATA product. It is then a product produced before 12.09.2022 and has been stored since then.

In case a customer has a complaint, please proceed as follows:

1. Check the product list
Please check if the affected product is one of the selected SATA products with Loyalty QR code:

2. Send the invoice to the SATA Loyalty Team
If the affected SATA product is one of the selected products and was purchased after 12.09.2022, the customer can send a photo or a scan of the invoice to the SATA Loyalty Team. For this purpose, they should use the contact form in the SATA Loyalty App containing a photo function or send the document via email to LOYALTY@SATA.COM.

3. Credit note
The SATA Loyalty Team checks the invoice documents and credits the corresponding number of SATA coins to the customer's SATA coin account. The customer will be informed about the credit note by SATA via e-mail.

Possible customer requests with recommendations for action

CASE 1: The customer cannot find the Loyalty QR code on or in the packaging of the SATA product

CASE 2: The customer complains because the SATA product does not have a Loyalty QR code

We are sorry that you have received a SATA product without a Loyalty QR code.
Please proceed as follows:


1. Please check first if your product is one of the selected SATA products with Loyalty QR code:

2. If your SATA product is one of the selected products and you purchased it after 12.09.2022, send please a photo or a scan of the invoice to the SATA Loyalty Team. To do so, please use the contact form in the SATA Loyalty App containing a photo function or send the document per e-mail to LOYALTY@SATA.COM.

3. The SATA Loyalty Team will check the invoice and credit the SATA coins to your SATA coin account, of which you will be informed by e-mail.

CASE 3: The customer asks how to check whether the SATA coins have been credited to his account

Please explain the following to the customer:

The current account balance and thus the number of credited coins can be tracked in the SATA Loyalty App.
For that, you must log in to the app where you can find the current account balance in a red field at the top on the right.
Under Account / SATA coin Account, all transactions can be monitored, including the crediting of SATA coins.

Dear SATA Customer,

Thank you for your message. We are happy to describe how you can track your current account balance and thus the credit notes and individual transactions in the SATA Loyalty App.
Please proceed as follows:
1. Log in to the SATA Loyalty App.
2. At the top on the right, you will see your current account balance in a red field.
3. Under Account / SATA coin account, you can check all transactions, including the crediting of SATA coins.
Please note that the SATA Loyalty Team may not have credited your coins yet, but will certainly do so shortly.

CASE 4: A QR code can not be scanned

Please explain the following to the customer:

If a QR code cannot be scanned, this can have various reasons:

 

1. In the case of RPS boxes: It is possible that not the correct QR code is scanned
On the outside of each RPS multi-purpose cup box there is a shrink-wrapped booklet. There is already a QR code on the cover of the booklet, but this code cannot be scanned with the SATA Loyalty App.
There may also be a booklet on the outside of the pallet, but the QR code in this booklet is also invalid.
You can find the scannable Loyalty QR code on page 3 in the booklet on each box.


2. The loyalty QR code has already been scanned and the SATA coins have already been credited to an account


Each Loyalty QR code can only be scanned once.

Should the SATA Loyalty App indicate that a Loyalty QR code has already been scanned, the customer can contact the SATA Loyalty Team by sending an email to LOYALTY@SATA.COM.

Please proceed as follows:

Send in a photo of the front page of the booklet and a second photo of the inside with the Loyalty QR code.

Nozzle sets and spare parts
Send in a photo of the Loyalty QR code in the insert.
To do so, please use the contact form in the SATA Loyalty App with photo function or send an email including a picture of your Loyalty QR code to LOYALTY@SATA.COM. The SATA Loyalty Team will check your inquiry and credit you with the SATA coins, if applicable.

 

3. The Loyalty QR code is not valid
The Loyalty QR codes on RPS boxes lose their validity after 3 years, all other loyalty QR codes are no longer scannable after 5 years.

The SATA Loyalty Team can check whether there is the reason for the invalidity of the Loyalty QR code or there is a technical error.

Send in a photo of the Loyalty QR code in the insert.

4. There is a technical problem
In some cases, technical problems may occur, e.g. because the customer uses a rare mobile phone model.

Please proceed as follows:

Send in a photo of the front page of the booklet and a second photo of the inside with the Loyalty QR code.

Send in a photo of the Loyalty QR code in the insert.
