SATA Repair Process

We at SATA set standards. This applies to our products as well as to our customer service. Despite highest quality standards and very strictly quality controls, deviations from the standard can unfortunately never be 100% excluded. How do I order a repair?

1. Germany and Austria

Via your local dealer, you may send your SATA spray gun as well as all other SATA products to SATA for repair or maintenance.

The product will be professionally repaired and returned to you via your dealer or directly to you on request.

In case of a repair with costs:

You can obtain a cost estimate from your dealer. After the cost estimate has been approved, the repair is usually carried out within one working day.

It is quicker to sign a cost assumption declaration with your dealer and thus determine the maximum cost framework yourself in advance of the repair, within which the necessary repair work can be carried out without a further cost estimate. Of course, even with a cost assumption declaration, only the actual costs will be invoiced. If the approved amount is not sufficient, you will automatically receive a cost estimate.

If you reject the quotation, your product will be returned to you unrepaired.

2. UK

You may return your SATA spray gun as well as all other SATA products to SATA for repair or maintenance via your local dealer.
